Scalia’s Sidebar

As a sidebar Scalia has just pointed out to us that the latest Obamacare decision means the words of a law no longer have any meaning.  So a child, because after all children are horribly literal, might interject that if this is the case why then do the words in the Constitution which govern the Supreme Court’s impeachment matter?  Why for example can’t Congress get rid of John Roberts simply for having that smirk permanently plastered on his face?  And of course the child would be right.
