On Losing Weight In Your Seventies

As soon as I crawl out of bed every morning, I put on my walking/running shoes, go outside and walk briskly for thirty minutes and then run for at least one half mile. I have been doing that every morning for the last five years, and I feel as good as I did when I played sports in high school. I have lost weight, sleep better, and generally feel better than I have in decades. Added benefits; I feel healthier, lost weight(went from 36 inch waist to thirty inch waist), sleep better and changed my eating habits. By the way, I am seventy one years old and feel better than now than I have in decades.
